Refund Policy
Can I return an order?
Yes. If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we are happy to refund your purchase as long as it has not been used. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 calendar days after delivery.
The goods must be in an “as new” condition and returned along with any accessories received with them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them. If you would like to return your items to us you can do so directly, via your own courier or we can arrange collection for you subject to a collection charge.
Once we have received the goods back from you, they will be inspected. We will give you a refund for the cost of the product minus delivery and restocking charges.
A restocking charge of 25% will be applied. We may also make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you.
Product damaged on arrival:

Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in good condition, on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, you must advise us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or issue credit in full. Any later than 48 hours will incur a replacement fee as courier companies will only provide cover if notified within 48 hours.
Please note that we may ask that photos of the issue are sent on to us confirming the damage.
Received a faulty item:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us with the details immediately. We may ask you to send in photos confirming the fault or we may ask to inspect the goods. We may also carry out a telephone diagnostic to make sure that it is not a problem that can be resolved quickly.
Goods that are confirmed as faulty will be either replaced or a credit issued in full.
Received an incorrect item:
